Each year from the Friday after Thanksgiving until the Friday before Christmas Cape Charles rolls out the red carpet for the holiday season during Festive Fridays.
Everything in downtown has a dash of holiday spirit. Santa and Mrs. Claus greet children, horse drawn carriages circle the streets offering cozy rides and the sounds of local musicians fill the air.
